Att. Jacek Kosiński successfully represented a consortium AMS S.A. and Ströer Poland Sp. z o.o. to conclude with the Capital City of Warsaw a concession agreement for the construction and usage of 1580 bus shelters. The conclusion of the concession agreement took place on December 18, 2013. The agreement was concluded for nearly 9 years. Bus shelters will stand up on the streets of Warsaw in three years time. This will be the first project in Warsaw, with such a great value accomplished as part of public-private partnership (PPP).

Att. Krzysztof Łyszyk was honoured in the „Rising Stars. Prawnicy – liderzy jutra 2013” ranking organized by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna. The Competition Jury, that awarded att. Krzysztof Łyszyk with 13th place from amongst 30 rising stars in the field of law, emphasized that he is “a lawyer with the initiative, who does not limit himself to common and conservative solutions.”

Fourth edition of postgraduate studies entitled: „Preparation and management of the PPP projects” organized by the Warsaw School of Economics has come to an end. During that time, lectures were given, among others, by att. Jacek Kosiński and att. Michał Kurzyński. The lectures concerned legal and organizational aspects of the PPP illustrated with examples, implementation of the PPP projects within the water and sewage sector and the accomplishment of projects regarding city furniture / bus shelters.
