Att. Jacek Kosiński successfully advised for the benefit of the Government of the Republic of Turkey in acquisition of the real estate for the Embassy’s new headquarters from Warszawski Holding Nieruchomości S.A. The office building situated at Rakowiecka Street was the result of a general reconstruction of the tenement house from the 1920s.
Att. Jacek Kosiński successfully represented the AMS S.A. and Ströer Poland Sp. z o.o. consortium before the Supreme Administrative Court on the cassation appeal submitted by CAM Media on choosing the consortium as the best offer by the City of Warsaw. The proceedings concerned the construction of 1580 bus shelters in Warsaw as a part of public works concessions. The appeal was dismissed by the Supreme Administrative Court and moreover – the case became precedent, as it referred to the scope of cognition of courts in cases concerning appeals against actions of the licensor.
