(PL) KKLW reprezentowała firmę Gülermak w sprawie zamówienia publicznego na Gülermak w postępowaniu przed Krajową Izbą Odwoławczą w sprawie zamówienia publicznego na „Budowę II linii metra w Warszawie – I etap realizacji odcinka zachodniego od stacji „Rondo Daszyńskiego”

KKLW law firm has represented Gülermak in the proceedings before the National Chamber of Appeals in the case of the public service contract for the “Construction of the second metro line in Warsaw – first stage for the construction of the western section beginning from “Rondo Daszyńskiego” metro station”. The capital city of Warsaw has chosen Gülermak’s offer submitted in the said tender proceedings. Two competitive consortia appealed against this deciding but the National Chamber of Appeals rejected all objections against Gülermak’s offer in its ruling of 27 November 2015. The KKLW team was headed by Jacek Kosiński.
