During 14th and 15th of March, KKLW participated in the annual Legal Apprenticeships and Jobs Fair. This fair was attended by prestige Polish and international law firms, but also by other companies closely related the legal branch.
Zbigniew Marek Czarny, PhD, is joining KKLW as Of Counsel. He will strengthen KKLW’s project finance team, with the focus on infrastructure project finance.
Zbigniew Marek Czarny is an expert in corporate law, banking and capital markets, project finance and consumer loans. He advises in debt restructuring, including negotiations with banks and other financial institutions, and represents clients in both: court and public procurement proceedings, as well as arbitrage proceedings. Mr. Czarny is a member of Warsaw Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales in London.
Michał Kurzyński and Jacek Choromański assisted London office of Hogan Lovells in transaction of sale shares of A 1 Motorway operator – Gdańsk Transport Company S.A., belonging to Intertoll group, international toll and motorway infrastructure developer, vendor, and operator.
